Property Preservation Services


When it comes to Property preservation, debris removal, health hazards and items which may cause infestation risks are provided top priority. All debris is disposed of at a licensed waste facility. Items requiring special disposal (tires, oil, chemicals, paint, and appliances) are handled separately and properly disposed of in strict accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. Your special project requirements will be handled by a qualified & trained member of our team. We do not subcontract this important aspect of your project.

Interior and exterior trash out service of abandoned and foreclosed properties. We perform occupancy verifications, board-ups, re-key / securing, lockbox installation and minor repairs. Photography documented before, during and after services.

No Job is too big or too small, Our We perform a detail cleaning on all properties per client specifications. Whether it’s a vacant property or move-in/move-out property we transform the interior of the property into move-in-ready condition. We vacuum carpets, wet mop all floors, clean all sinks, cabinets, countertops, commodes, bathtubs and showers. In addition, all appliances are emptied and cleaned and air fresheners are placed in two locations inside the home.

Winterize per client guidelines and done in preparation for the winter to prevent costly damages from occurring.

We have the capability to perform any property inspection needed. From routine occupancy checks to customized inspection reports, our qualified inspectors provide accurate and timely information to our clients.

All properties will pass the "white glove test."

We will Mow and remove the clippings, trim shrubs, weed eat lawn, and flower beds.

Rekey secondary door, or all doors as requested by the client to secure the property.

Install a lockbox (per client requirements) to ensure access to the necessary parties.

We will perform bi-weekly or monthly inspections, lawn care, cleanings, and snow removal and will provide photo to document the work completed.

We will tow, remove and store the vehicle from the property at your request. We will store it for 30 days in a secured location.

We will meet with local law enforcement on the scheduled eviction date and rekey the property, and manage personal belongings in accordance with local/state laws.

We will meet with Broker/Realtor or go alone on the arranged date and time to meet the tenant/owner to distribute the funds, exchange funds for keys and secure the property by changing all exterior locks.
